Core offering

The Hour Bank. A team resource, not individual support.

Your organisation purchases a pool of coaching hours. Managers and employees draw on them as needed, for the real situations that arise.

Why this model?

Traditional coaching services require nominal tracking: a named individual, a contract, a calendar. For most organisations, that's too rigid and too stigmatising. Employees don't use resources designed for them because they don't want to be "the employee with a problem".

The Hour Bank works differently: it's a team resource, like a training budget. Nobody knows who used which hours. The manager looking for help managing a difficult team dynamic accesses the same pool as the employee preparing for their performance review.

The result: actual utilisation. Not hours purchased and left unconsumed because the format didn't fit.

Concrete use cases

These are not therapy sessions. They are targeted interventions on real professional situations.

For the Manager

  • An employee just received an ADHD diagnosis — how to adjust their role?
  • Recurring team conflict that seems linked to an unidentified neuroatypical profile
  • Preparing for an annual review with an autistic employee
  • Understanding why a reorganisation is generating unusual resistance

For the Neuroatypical employee

  • Structuring a workplace adjustment request following a recent diagnosis
  • Working on communication with a manager who doesn't have the right frameworks
  • Preparing for a performance or promotion review
  • Interim check-in: are the adaptations put in place actually working?

Frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No. The Hour Bank is a professional consulting and coaching service. It involves no therapeutic follow-up, no diagnosis, no medical file. It's a performance resource, not a health service.

Who can use the hours?

The company decides. The most common model: the pool is accessible to managers and identified neuroatypical employees. Hours are used on demand, with no individual quota imposed.

Do the hours expire?

Usage terms are defined during contracting. As a general rule, hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How does a session work?

In person in Geneva or by video call. The standard duration is 60 to 90 minutes per session. The format is adapted to the situation: individual meeting, tripartite session (manager + employee + consultant), or workshop format.

Is there a written report or follow-up?

A brief written summary can be provided after each session on request. For 50h packages, a biannual review is included.
