What it is

The 360+ Assessment is not a standard competency review. It's a cross-reading: personal functioning on one side, the reality of the job market and organisations on the other.

The evaluation uses CVAssist — a career trajectory and positioning tool — combined with the NEO-PI-R, one of the most scientifically robust personality inventories available, administered and interpreted by a licensed psychologist.

The output: a detailed written report with concrete recommendations — not a 10-page DISC profile nobody knows what to do with.

The deliverable

At the end of the evaluation sessions, you receive a structured written report covering the contextualised personality profile, career analysis, identified strengths, and positioning recommendations.

A debrief session is included to discuss the results, answer questions, and define concrete next steps.
